Hiiiiii,

I'm doing A2s, exams start for me in 2 weeks and so I'm in revision mode but keep getting back ache. It's all around my shoulder blades but more in my right, which is my writing hand. It was bearable but recently got very bad and it's effecting my revision.

I'm having a massage today, but just wondering if anyone else had had this and what solutions there are? I understand that posture is key and taking breaks and stretching etc. and I am doing all of these things. Can anyone suggest best painkillers? I hate turing to medicine but I'm getting desperate and just want to be able to focus on revision

Thankkkkkks

Anadin is really good for muscle pain (ibuprofen basically). Also get some of that heat cream thing (I forget what it's called but apparently it's really effective)?? My friend has the same problem and puts some on before she goes into exams.
