Meiosis and Mitosis stages

Does anyone know a good way to learn, well memorise what happens in each stage please? I'm not referring to the order because I already have a mnemonic for that. :smile:
You just have to constantly rewrite it until you can recite it with your eyes shut.

Unfortunately you'll just have to memorise however I do have one for metaphase. M for middle where the chromosomes line up on the equator of the cell.
