so i applied Civil Engineering and my offers were from Southampton and Leeds, they required A*AA and AAA respectively.

I think i am probably getting a A* in math, A*/A in physics and B in biology. So my question is that whether A*A*B/A*AB are equivalent to A*AA/AAA. Thank you

No they are not equivalent and both unis could reject you with either A*A*B or A*AB. If the course is filled by people who achieve their offers then there is no room for those who don't do so.

However, either set of results is very strong particularly if the B is in the least relevant subject. Thousands of applicants get into uni every year without meeting their conditions and I would be surprised if you did not get a place.
