    And if anyone has BCI or morality that would be a big help also!

    The criminal essays are easy at least! But the tort essay I have to admit that is one annoying piece of ****!

    How many defences do we need to know for the critical evaluation? All 5 would be ridiculous on top of the rest of the evaluation?

    Two - I would suggest doing insanity and self defence or consent and self defence.

    Thanks for posting resources, if you need any model answers I have some on BCI/Morality/ fault... My mortality one is 30/30! :-)
