I might want to become a driving examiner, I was wondering would it be hard to do so? There are processes that you would have to take like doing some exams like situation judmental test and behavioural assessment test. They also send you to a campus and you get put on a probation period. I've decided I might be a driving examiner. How hard is it generally. Also I've failed my driving test 7 times already, do they check in to these things?

Examiners are usually recruited from qualified instructors with several years experience afaik.
Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
