have the answer to my question

If you feel able to, try talking to your teachers about it. They can possibly submit you as an extenuating circumstances student to the exam board! Unfortunately I don't know how that works though I'm afraid :/

Otherwise, can you revise at school? Like during study leave I mean. If not then the local library or a friend's house might be good places to revise if you feel like you can't get anything done at home!

I hope everything gets sorted out though, and I know it's frustrating not to do as well as you know you can, but try not to stress too much. So long as you get the right GCSEs to move on to the next step in your life, then you'll be fine
