First of all calculate the no. of moles of Ag ions used to precipitate the chloride ions - note this no. of Ag ions react with 25cm3 of the chromium solution so scale up to determine the no. of mols of Ag ions which would react with 250cm3 of the chromium solution - then calculate the no. of mols of the chromium complex dissolved in the 250cm3 of solution.
The final point you need to realise is that Cl- ions can either be ligands or just negative ions in the lattice - only the latter will form a precipitate with Ag ions
