Strengths of Social Learning Theory?

I have that it has high internal validity but I need something else. Could I use that the mediational processes are a good model as they look at cognitive factors?

From my notes.

It tells us how children learn from the media and how cultural norms’ are transmitted and change overtime - like gender roles and stereotypes. Unlike biological approaches, which remain relatively unchanged over time.

Reciprocal determinism - not only do we change our behaviour because of others and the environment, our performance can also influence others. Suggesting we have some ‘free-will’, which is more flexible than behaviorism.
