Can I change my options for A Level before enrollment?

It's probably the most stupid question I'll ever ask, but is it going to be a big deal if I enroll for different courses than I initially applied to for?

Nah- all the colleges and sixth forms I have applied for have asked if I had changed my mind. But if yours don't, they'll still probably be okay with you asking to change.
When I went to enrol, the teachers asked what options you wanted to do again. (Idk if they even had the original list, though im sure I got the piece of paper) Also some of the things I wanted to do where in the same block and had to change anyway. Im pretty sure most people would want to change from their original choice. If they don't ask (Very unlikely) then you can just ask them.
