    haha i'm not that bad! i managed fine last year for like 4 weeks. but i do have my phone and charger cos my parents want me to text them when i get there, so i can contact them in an emargency etc

    Yeah, you're only not allowed sharp stuff in your hand luggage - so you can take scissors, razors, kitchen knives... whatever as long as it's in your suitcase that goes in the hold.
