Advice

So there's this guy who goes past my house and sometimes he looks at me. He picks his sisters up because the school is near my house. And sometimes I stand I'm my garden or sometimes I walk towards my house as I come back from college. but I don't know why whay should I do talk to him and be friends . And also I don't get why he looks at me any suggestions . No stupid comments plz .
He's just looking.
If you want to be friends then just wave. I don't know - don't over complicate things.
