The Student Room Group

hi, does anyone have any useful resources for Trigonometric identities? [C2]

For example, sin^2theta + cos^2theta = 1? I have no idea about this because I missed a couple days at school. I know generally you have to rearrange the EQ to get whatever the question states, but I don't know the identities you need for CORE 2. Any help is reallyyyyy appreciated and good luck for your exams! :u::h:
You should derive all of them yourself.

Spoiler

I think you only need to know:

sin(x)cos(x)=tan(x)\frac{\sin(x)}{\cos(x)} = \tan(x) and

sin2(x)+cos2(x)=1\sin^2(x) + \cos^2(x) = 1

But make sure you are able to rearrange these so you can use them in questions.
