I have an offer to do my postgrad at Loughborough's London campus. However, since they just set up shop last year (September 2015) I'm a little concerned over whether the department is fully organized.

Also, from what I've gathered so far, the place is full of international students from China and the business class sizes are huge, about 100+ students in a lecture hall. I'm wondering if seminars are equally just as big.

Anyhow, if you're a current or previous student at Loughborough's campus in London, please feel free to expand on your time there and how the whole thing was in general.

Hi, I'm a current student at the London campus and can say that the university is fully up and running in a wonderful building that caters for all students need. Any problems and issues are always approached proactively to make any changes needed to provide a the top student experience that Loughborough in known for.
There certainly is a large contingent of international students as you will find in most postgraduate course across the UK, however I'm a British student and there is plenty of others.
The largest lectures may well have 100+ people, however the largest lecture theatre is designed and built for this with high spec AV equipment and comfortable seating. Seminar groups are all much smaller with usually around 25 people in each.

Have you ended up starting your course at Loughborough University London campus? If so, which course are you doing? Are there predominantly international student or is it more fairly balanced with English student? Do your lectures and seminars have 100+ student? Would you personally recommend the London campus or not? If so, why?
