Ive done my student fiance today and used my parents as a supporting application.
My mums application is complete however, my dads one says:
you don't have an e-mail address registered with us, so we can't send you information on how to reset your details.
Ive used the same email address on both too..
Should i call them/ will my application go through before the deadline?!

I don't think you can use the same email address. Has he tried another email?
