Hello, I'm an EU citizen and I'm applying for a tuition fees loan (Initial Teacher Training) and my questions are following.

    1) I've been studying in Scotland and I'm graduating next month. When filling out the EU16N application form, should I also write all the term addresses in Scotland where I lived? Or does it just suffice to write my permanent address in the EU country and not mention the term addresses at all?

    2) I had created an online student finance account before I realised that EU students can't apply online. My online account states that I am from UK and I am not able to change the nationality. Should I still write in the application form the customer reference number I got assigned? Or just ignore the online account and leave the section for reference number blank?

    Thank you.
