I'm so stupid and angry at myself, I ran out of time and I had about three minutes left and when I realised this I started panicking so much i almost cried and I was looking at the question trying to think of anything to write but my mind just went blank and I ended up writing a line about the Great Depression it was so bad!! How much would this affect my grade? Could I still get an A??

I think my friend said he didn't get time to do part b in a practise test in class one day and he still managed to get 23/30 or something, I'm not sure but I think it's fine if you write about context (AO4) in part B.
Ok thank you this is quite reassuring, I think my answer for part a was very good and everything else was fine

OMAM is worth 30 marks so around 15 for part b, if you did okay on part a and the Modern texts section you should be able to get a good result hopefully.

just try your best for the poetry on Friday, that will help you improve you overall grade if you're really worried. Also there's 4 marks for SPaG so hopefully you got those don't worry about it too much, if it helps i completely went off topic when i talked about crooks in part b.

Tha k you for this, you're right. I can't change that exam now so I'll just work hard for poetry and hope for the best. It's not the end of the world!
