I got offers from both of the uni, and I have to decided which one to firm in few days. Yeah, I know both are great in terms of reputation and doing great in league tables. But I am more concern about the research opportunities as I will probably do a doctorate in US. Getting some research experience at undergraduate would always be great, especially for applying postgrad in US.

For now, I can't really decide. Which uni is better in terms of research opportunities?

    Any response would be appreciated.

Between those two I'd say depends more on what particular areas you're interested in, since both are excellent across a wide range of topics. However, I think Imperial has a better undergraduate course.
