Did not use a case study at all

I took my Geography AQA Tier F exam today and i did not use a case study at all.

Will I lose a lot of marks on the 6 marks one?

I am so worried.
I dont do Founndation, but my teacher always states if you dont use a case study, you dont get the marks. However im sure youll still achieve a few marks for each one, especially if youve displayed your own knowledge
None of the questions actually explicitly stated 'use a case study' but rather 'explain the effects of xxx in a richer part of the world'.

That has actually put me down so much like I walked out the exam thinking I got everything right and felt good about it but never mind 😂😴
