I live there at the moment.

It's quite a good place to live - obviously, as it is dead in the middle of Leeds City Centre its really noisy at night, esp. Friday & Saturday. And Unipol don't allow us to close the gate downstairs, so we often get homeless people sleeping downstairs - this problem is also worse at the weekend. The flats generally are okay, boilers and washing machines are crap but thats the same in all student accomodation country-wide. Cleaners come once a week to do communal areas outside the flats. If you get given a four-bed flat you'll get the most ridiculous kitchen/living room combo going - essentially an old sofa thrown inside a kitchen, but the others are reasonable size. All bedrooms have 3/4 size beds too, and are pretty big so don't bother paying for a "double" or "deluxe" room - its a con. all you get is a bigger wardrobe!

But, other than that its great, and if you get a room in Flat 2,4,6 you'll get a great view of millenium square, and its associated fun.
