Grade?

I did component 12, 22 (SY) this year which is AS level. Now 12 got a maximum mark of 30, and 22 a max. mark of 40, which is 70 total.
But then it says : The maximum total mark for this syllabus is 200 for A Level and 100 for AS Level.
100 for AS level... while the component I did had 70 only. Why is that? And when it says the treshold for the component SY, it says A is from 61... is the 61 out of 70 or 100?
