What is the difference between film studies and media studies does anyone know or do one and can tell me what its like?

you might usefully reflect on the difference between film and media.

A film studies degree is unlikely to involve reflection on television, the print media, computer games or new media. Rather, it will concentrate on film.

In truth, and if done at a reputable university, it will have more in common with a degree in English literature.
