I'm sitting OCR Physics on the 20th May (Newtonian World) and the 28th (Fields, Particles and the Frontiers of Physics) and I'm really struggling on how to revise. I've done a lot of past papers as well as notes but when I do another past paper I don't really improve. I don't know where I'm going wrong and I need a B in Physics!

Have you tried looking at the questions you are getting wrong and then focussing on those topics where you are weaker? You could focus on weaker topics by using notes and questions from this website:

What exactly are you struggling with in particular?

I agree with The Rohan - first you need to identify which areas you are getting wrong - it is memorising definitions, calculation or the explanations. Once you know how you are going wrong you can spend time addressing these areas.
