A few years back so I can relive that part of my life, assuming I get to keep the memories I have now (so I have the option to do things differently)
If not then back to a moment in history where I have the chance to change the course of history for the better (well you would hope) eg assassinate hitler as he's leaving prison in 1924
Or back to an interesting period of history that I'd rather live in
Full of possibilities innit

Changing the past could change the future as well. Everyone learnt a lesson after WWII, so things might be very different right now. UK might be invaded by Germany or a number of different things might happen.

I personally wouldn't change huge things such as that. I'd go back in time to 2001 and stop 9/11. After that I will stop all the other harsh events that may happen in the future such as the Paris Attacks and such, but then again, if we stop that then things may be very different in a good/bad way.

Oof I'm spoilt for choice assuming that I'd be safe from every conceivable harmful thing that could possibly happen to me during that time.. I'd absolutely love to go back to Henry VIII's court. His councillors, wives, courtiers etc. all fascinate me. Or scrapping that I'd at least go back to some time during the late 15th century, so that I could find out what really happened to the princes in the tower. Or I'd go back to a time just prior to the French revolution, to see what French court life was like.

I can see your point, but what have we learnt from WWII? One would have thought that we'd have 'learnt' from WWI (not saying WWII wasn't justified, it was) but I can't see any case where the world wouldn't have been better off without a man like hitler (unless he was replaced by a worst dictator but it's more likely that he wouldn't be).
Ofc WWII was justified given the circumstances, my point is maybe we wouldn't have needed a Second World War if Hitler hadn't risen to power (the Weimar government may have evolved in a different direction and there wouldn't have been a massive genocide)

Ancient Egypt- I want to know how king Tut died, all the theories are really interesting but I wan to know what actually happened. Or to the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, it would be interesting to see where they were and if they were really as big as it is written it was.

I'd go back and tell that girl that I love her.

I don't, but I regret never getting to shag her and I think that might work.

At first I was like  awwwwwwwwww how sweet.
I read the second bit and was promptly brought back to reality.

Personally I would go to 1800s Aristocratic Russia...

How about Iran, prior to the revolution? I'd go there.
