I failed AS Maths,

can i still do civil engineering at a russel group uni with:
BBC (Physics,Biology,Chemistry respectively) In AS Level ?

i dont want to do another year at sixth form

Um, you could try contacting Universities directly about foundation year courses, that can lead to the BEng/MEng you'd like to do

Look at individual universities requirements for their courses and see if it mentions maths being required, also email the university admissions who will be better at giving the answer you require as each university is different.
