my first question is that i did awful on the paper 1 can i still pasd science if i do well in paper 2

yeah ofc. js tho b4-b6 is waaaaay harder than b1-b3. just go through cgp revision guide and then practice past papers and it'll literally be easy af.
I'm assuming you did the b1, c1, p1 paper today? You need to get around 35% overall to get a C. 25% comes from your controlled assessment, the rest from your exams. Even if you'd got 0% on your controlled assessment and the exam today you could still get 37.5% overall if you get every single mark in the second paper. So it's not too late, but you'll need to get a great mark in your second paper.
