Hi guys so i done something pretty silly that i've told the person about but i feel immensely guilty about it. Like its not something worth that much guilt. And like i cant even eat because those feelings make me nauseous. Its been weeks now so i was just wondering is this anxiety, depression like what could cause this? Thanks.

What did you do? The symptoms may be totally unrelated. But yeah anxiety can give you those kinds of symptoms too.

I'm so much like this, I get like this a lot of the time!! I would blame it on anxiety and plenty of worry. I find that is does actually take a couple of weeks for me to move on and forget all about it, but often sharing things or getting something of your chest but telling someone who will support you sometimes helps me out, don't worry your not alone. Keep your head help high your gonna be okay 🙂 X
