What is 27-2/3 as a fraction?

x^{\frac{-n}{m}} = \frac{1}{(\sqrt[m]{x})^n}

So, 27^{\frac{-2}{3}} = \frac{1}{(\sqrt[3]{27})^2} = \frac{1}{9}
