Numbness/pins and needles in right arm and hand - v worried :(

Since Thursday, my right hand has been slightly numb, and I've had mild pins and needles. This has now spread up my arm, which is now really tingly, numb and uncomfortable. Does anybody know what's wrong with me, and what can be done about it? It's driving me mad!! :angry:
