so after the maths exam today i know i can get a c but the push for the b is going to be monumental, im gonna need that to do a levels, ik i will get my science grades, but maths is gonna restrict me, what happens if i get a grade off the requirement but meet the biology and chemistry grade would they allow me to do it still?

I'm pretty sure the school can adjust and let you do it

You will have to talk to them. They might let you resit.

It depends on what rules of the Sixth Form/College you are applying to are on this. As long as you get your science GCSEs you should be able to do A levels as you would be able to resit the Maths GCSE in November if you do not get the grade that you are hoping to achieve. As long as you get a C, then you should not need to resit as this is fine for most courses and jobs.

most sixth forms require only a C for maths/eng lang to do A levels. the only time when you need higher in those subjects is if you're taking maths/eng lang at a level.
