"Ryanair has been accused of breaking electoral law in its campaign for the UK to stay in the EU.The Electoral Commission says anyone intending to spend more than £10,000 campaigning in the referendum must register with it."

"It has been reported that Ryanair intends to spend €25,000 (£18,980) on a campaign for Remain [without registering]. It has offered discounted flights to passengers who want to fly home to vote to stay in the EU." - complete bias from Ryanair.

Completely undemocratic. I think the Remain Campaign are struggling and the cracks are showing.

Until such a time that Ryanair actually spends more than £10,000 they have not broken any rule, as far as the article seems to suggest.

You can pledge something but not do it, or not do it immediately.

It seems more like Vote Leave are just unhappy that Ryanair want to campaign against them.

    So is the monarchy

But please name a democratically run company. Or expand on how it is undemocratic, and why that is relevant

Remain is just buying votes now. That's despicable behavior, those involved shouldn't be allowed to vote in the referendum as they're encouraging bias.

I was referring to the EU being undemocratic.

The remainians are pathetic, there is a reason why the large corporate companies prefer the EU, it kills off smaller businesses.

And what has that got to do with Ryanair? Or are you complaining that they are limited in how much money they can spend by the undemocratic EU?
