For the above paper, q 4bii, how can you have 1Hz at the peak and still go upto 3Hz? (mark scheme at bottom of document)

It looks like a mistake to me - the highest you can go is to 2.5Hz on the graph given. I'll be making some videos on these specimen papers soon.
