    I don't understand how I would get an answer for this question since it is CNMR rather than HNMR so there is less info given by the graph

    5 e) (ii) One of the peaks in the CNMR spectrum above is produced by the CH3 group labelled q in the structure of atenololIdentify this peak in the spectrum by stating its chemical shift value

    On your data sheet carbon atoms bonded to other carbon atoms produce a peak between 5 and 40 ppm so the peak due to q is at approx. 22
