I've learned that eating multiple packets of Doritos (and large quantities of other foods containing olestra) can result in extreme stomach pain. This week I've eaten about 4-5 packets daily. The situation has been further exacerbated by suffering from such pain in my exams (two days in a row now) and it looks as if I'll feel similar symptoms tomorrow, after giving in around 20 minutes ago...

Olestra is an alternative to fat used in certain foods and it isn't good for you. It cannot be digested, hence the stomach pain. Diarrhoea is also possible.

DON'T CONSUME MORE THAN ONE PACKET OF DORITOS! I SHALL NEVER DO IT AGAIN.
