Hi so there is a picture which is good quality in focus, however... it is very far out and I wanted to zoom in but when I zoom in enough distance it is very blurry. Is there a way to minimize the blur?

Images are made of tiny square pixels, if you increase the size of a small area then those squares will inevitably get larger too, hence the blur. There are some tools that can mitigate the quality drop to some (usually small) degree, but ultimately you can't create additional resolution. Have a search around on Google for things like "improve quality of enlarged image" and see what tips/tools you can find.
