I will be attending Newcastle in September and I want to get a head start on the year. Everyone in year 1 biological sciences studies the same subjects so I would like to speak with someone who has completed 2015-2016 year 1 biology, molecular and cellular biology, etc, to obtain a recommended reading list.
    Many thanks.

Course content may change. Your best bet is to have a look on the website. Generally, don't worry about doing any reading or buying books at this stage. Enjoy your summer.

Thanks for the reply. I can't help myself. You are correct when you say it will change from year to year, but it will still be interesting stuff and whilst some of the information will overlap with this year's content there will still be comparable material in the changed content. So I still want to get my hands on it.

Once again, thanks for the reply. And I hope you have a great summer as well.
