I dont know what im predicted as my 2nd year results are like 2;2 and 3rd marks , similar to my final year . I wanna do masters but not sure whether to apply to masters or not. I do work hard but im not good with exams. How will I predict my grades.

Your handbook should give you an idea of how the final mark is calculated and what weightage is given to what modules. You may want to think about whether you're suited to postgrad work if you're struggling at this level.

Like alleycat393 has said, generally best to check your handbook. It was stated in my course handbook at my university. For me, it was weighted 30% for year 2 and 70% for the final year. This isn't always the same for all universities though!

Unis which accept a 2:2 for Masters entry are getting more common, especially now that the Postgraduate Loan might produce a larger number of students able to afford them. Shop around for your subject - you might be lucky.
