Turkish eye of protection to keep evil away? Watch

    I wasn't sure about this. I know it is from Turkish belief but is it religion or superstitious? How is that blue eye object to keep evil away?

    you mean the nazar. check out my thread about the evil eye,plenty of responses you might find interesting. some of it is cultural and/or religion based

    I think the whole evil eye is so fascinating, especially because it's part of so many cultures and religions. I'm Indian and we believe in Nazar but unlike Turkish people we use black dots to ward off evil eye, rather than the little eye talismans

    Keeps no evil away but it look cool hanging from the mirror in my car
