I don't know about Bolton, but McMaster is a really good uni.

It depends on what you're comparing the 2 for.

McMaster is 92nd in the world, while Bolton is 105 i UK. Probably lower in world rankings. I'd go to McMaster.

If you're asking about reputation and overall ranking, I'd go with McMaster.

You also have to think about finance. Unless you're a Canadian citizen, you will be entitled to 0 state funding should you go to Canada-you'll have to pay everything up front out of your own pocket, whereas if you go to uni in the UK you'll be eligible for Student Finance, provided you fulfill the required residency rules

Then it'll be better to stay in Canada. Bolton isn't a good uni and isn't worth the international fees you'd have to pay out of your own pocket (varies depending on course but usually start at £15k a year and go up to £32k a year). Coming to the UK you will be entitled to zero student finance and will be required to pay fees up front. If you want to study in the UK, you should look at better rated unis

If you're Canadian then you'll save a ton on fees and living costs compared to Bolton obviously. McMaster is better in terms of reputation, and especially since you're Canadian it'll be better for you.

Thanks. Another thing is, i've been accepted conditionally to both UOttawa and McMaster, McMaster wants a minimum B, while Ottawa wants a minimum C. I think i'll make a B but am not sure, should I gamble on McMaster? It's way better.

This is an easy decision. McMaster is a top school, with a very strong STEM reputation. Bolton is one of the worst universities (rankings wise, and just generally) in the UK.
