    Been training for about 12-15 months on and off.

    However for some reason im just not gaining any size. I measure myself every 8 weeks, but when i measured today the measurements were the same as 8 weeks ago and im kind of pissed. Im not sure if its because im just not going hard enough or if its because of my programme/split.

    A rough idea - Im about 6`3 and weigh mid/high 70s

    My currently measurements are;

    Chest - 38
    Arms - 15.2
    Upper Quad - 22.5

    But these were the exact same around 8 weeks ago and its abit frustrating not even gaining 0.1 of an inch.

    Can someone give me some advice; im currently running an Upper/Lower which i have been following for the past 8 weeks before that i was doing a 4 day split - Chest/Tri Back/Bi Shoulders Legs..

    Any advice is appreciated and any realistic expectations for what my measurements could be like in say 4/5 months??

    You're not eating enough.

    And secondly, how much has your bench gone uP in the past two months?

    It hasn't gone up at all. That's why you're not growing
