DBS Check

Hello!

Just a quick question about the DBS check - southampton uni gave a number to call which I did, I've received the form & filled it in. The form says to return it to whoever sent it to you with the ID documents, and the email says about sending the DBS check to your uni and if you've sent them original documents before they don't need them again - so do I send the completed DBS for to the uni? Or back to wherever it was sent from?

I know I sound really stupid...thanks in advance!!
