Economics or Law degree? - HELP watch

    Hi guys, I really want to become a lawyer in the future but am debating whether to read Law or Economics at University.

    My AS levels are Maths, Further Maths, History, Economics and General Studies.

    Help is much appriciated

    If you want to be lawyer and you study economics you'll have to do the GDL which can be expensive. If you get a training contract the firm will pay for it but answering the competency based questions will likely be tough without a law degree.

    Be warned, having lots of friends that are law students and also parents who are lawyers I can tell you they all end up hating Law. Also it is extremely competitive and their are far too many people taking Law degrees now devaluing them. I would advise Economics unless your dream is to become a lawyer.
