I was chatting to a guy but he said because I use emoji's every now and then, that I was too much of a joker and he wanted someone more mature (even though I was two years older than him). Do guys like serious people or was it just him being a bit arsey???

How does you being two years older than him affect his point in being mature?

He said "I thought with you being two years older, that you'd be more mature"

    Dont listen to him.

You are a woman. You are physically incapable of not using emojis in communication. Dont beat yourself up about it.

With the option of asking.. Why so serious~? or Does it hurt to be such a killjoy~?

    Wait what?

You call the guy a snob, but then make a comment that justifies his point of view as correct. Daf*q are you saying?

First guy I'd talked to in a relationship kinda way so it's embarrassing to say but I didn't know how to speak to him :/
