    Hi,
I have just got back from my second year of uni, and although I have a busy summer ahead with working at gigs and festivals, I feel that in the meantime between the these things and starting my dissertation research, I have absolutely no social life at home. I haven't kept up with any of my friends from before, not that I had many anyway. What can I do to not be a socially awkward loner at home when j have plenty of friends at uni?

Maybe you could invite an old school friend who you still have contact with to town or a cafe etc?

Try rekindle your old friendships? or maybe join some clubs around your home area try and put yourself out there to meet new people? if you have atleast one friend ask them to introduce you to their other friends!

Yeah join some clubs, we've all been there in regards to losing touch with old friends. It happens.
