I graduated last year and I did keep in contact with my friend and we used to meet up all the time. But now its hard and no one really wants to come out, I hardly get any texts or anything like. I try to make effort but there like oh we're busy.

I still see some of my other friends from college. But my uni friends it was good as we had some good laughs. Now sometimes on my day off from work it gets so boring, I mean there's nothing to do.

I feel a bit sad, but is this how people move on, im sure its not hard for a phone call here and there.....

They've probably found other people to socialise with. You do the same. You know where to start looking.

Your friends may have found work too, perhaps their hours and location make it inconvenient for them to spare any time for you. Or they became friends with their "more accessible" colleagues and forgot about you.
Do you go to gym or anything? Maybe attend group sessions and you might make a new friend from there

basically a "class" where you work out with others. Every gym provides it, even my local one which I no longer go to: https://www.nuffieldhealth.com/gyms/cheam/classes

99% of people you meet at uni are only drinking friends or friends out of convenience. As soon as you aren't convenient to them you're out the door like you never existed. Sucks but you accept it after a while.
