Is As/A level accounting hard? I haven't taken it before and might be thinking to taking it next year so i can get 1 more a level (so i have 3). This would mean taking it in one yr. Is it boring? Who's taking it at the moment? Is it a good choice if i want to do law?

    thanks a lot

Yeh I did Accounts [AQA] absolutely loved it and wished I carried it on from AS to A2. Then again I really love Accounts and aim to be fully qualified [Chartered] someday.

I found it to be the trickiest of all my subjects easily beating the difficulty of A2 Maths. Maybe why I like it so much, no?

As an idea for picking it up on the side in one year as you say - totally up to you but if there is one thing I've learnt and wish I knew before choosing my A levels is the majority [best] Uni's prefer the traditional subjects - ie. Sciences/History and a Language always looks good - god damnit I wish I knew this I could of done German a breeze!! See how it winds me up just talking about it?

This site was good going through my A levels but now I read things and think of 'what might have been...' so rarely visit.

So to answer: As a side it is I would check the Uni you desire will find it as an advantage to you which is substantial if it isn't then its not worth it. Taking up a traditional subject like those I claimed earlier will definitely help without doubt and I'd say is a considerably substantial in Uni apps.
