I have to do all my major exams next year (english, maths, science) and I don't feel ready as I haven't been focusing that much since year 7 but I'm part of the higher sets. I get good exam grades but I don't feel ready? I feel very paranoid that I have to pass or else my life will go down the drain. I have high ambitions in life like go sixth form and uni. Any advice of getting rid of my anxiety of feeling like I'm failing everything?

Basically everyone feels underprepared for exams, those who seem like they don't are likely just good at pretending. Don't stress about it too much, the vast majority of us did absolutely no revision in year 10 other than a bit for the mocks (and even that was mostly just the night before). You're in year 10, you don't need to feel ready for exams, I barely even knew what GCSEs I was taking this time in year 10, let alone how to do the exam.
In year 11 your feelings of doubt will gradually fade away as your teachers prepare you more and more for exams, and it will turn out fine in the end. Exams seem like a massive looming monster, but after finishing about half of my exams so far, they're really not that bad just put in the work when you get to year 11 and you'll be fine.
