Any predictions of what may come up on the depth paper? I'm assuming things like IF and mass spectrometry, Boltzmann distribution curve, ionisation trends as they didn't come up for the breath paper... anything else I may be missing please or should consider focusing on?

Definition of relative atomic/isotopic mass mate= easy 3 marks :3 Organic synthesis I'd say definitely, like alcohols + carboxylic -> ester etc., and the reaction conditions that go with them, I can see like a 12-mark question on 'describe a nucleophilic substitution/electrophilic addition reaction' coming outta nowhere :P

In the new specification, the highest number of marks awarded will be 6.

Oh yeah I forgot it only goes up to six marks this year, still, I think all that stuff is worth learning, maybe they'll take a 12-marker and just split it into two six-markers, a) and b)
I think reaction conditions are gonna come up too
