When I go for a jog and break a sweat, I feel absolutely boiling but my skin is really cold to touch! Especially my belly and arms. Does anybody else experience this? Or does anybody know why it happens?

I'm pretty sure it's just the sweat evaporating, which is meant to cool you down.Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
