im15 years old, i did boxing in the past and now ive started to realise that im unfit and want to get my fitness levels back up to where they used to be. I only started recently (around 2 weeks ago) and my mile time is 6:30, and my 800m time is 2:40. How long will it take to get my 800m time to 2 minutes? and what training would you recommend for someone of my fitness level?

your school should have after school sports clubs. otherwise, wait until your 16th and join a gym
