    Hey guys! Today's my day off so I thought I would give my usual therapy sessions xD if anybody wants any advice on everything. It's time we all come together and help each other out!

    Right, to get you started.. what advice would you give to students on their half term with exams to come?

    Personally I believe it's all about balance. You should take a couple of days off to relax and de-stress from all of the havoc that is exams. However, this doesn't mean to become lazy, have a schedule as though you've got school and work during what would be "school hours" and then relax to ensure you don't burn yourself out before you go back to school with another two weeks of exams. So try to spend some time with your family as well as sometimes school can make us lose sight of what's also important
